Who will get the custody of their son? Madonna or Guy?
The custody battle between mega popstar Madonna and her ex-husband, film director Guy Ritchie
over their teenage son Rocco rumbles on and lawyers for the pair will
go to court in New York on Wednesday to try to resolve the issue.
Teenager Rocco, 15, left Madonna’s Rebel Heart tour in December, where he had been working backstage, and her townhouse in New York and went to London to be with his dad.
Since then his parents, who divorced in 2008, have been in conflict regarding where the youngster should live.Attempts by Madonna to get him home have proved fruitless, despite a number of lovingly-posted Instagram pictures including one that said: "I miss this boy so much! I hope we see that Leo Sun soon. The light is blinding!"
The singer took the matter to court in December and a judge ordered Rocco to return home, noting he needed to talk to his mother regarding any decision he took.
Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan said: "I’m directing the child to be returned to New York. If he wants to stay with his father, he must return to his mother," before setting a hearing date for February that was later delayed by a month.
At the time, Rocco’s lawyer Eric Buckley said the teen had "expressed very clearly that he does not want to return to New York".

Reports have suggested it is possible neither Madonna nor Ritchue will appear in court due to the publicity surrounding their disagreement.
