Obviously on what looks like a bender at the beach, the sexy star was pictured stark naked with his dignity kept intact by one of his hands.

We are yet to find out if the nude photos of Efron are from a shoot of a new movie or from real time.

The star also had two words written across his sandy torso and abs that read what looks like: "Team Horny".
