Justin Bieber's Manager Feared Singer Would Die At Height Of Personal Troubles

Justin Bieber's Manager Scooter Braun Banned The Pop Superstar From Touring In 2013 Because He Feared The Pop Superstar's Wild Ways Would Lead To His Untimely Death.
The Sorry star took a hiatus from his music career in his late teens and developed a reputation as a
bad boy after a number of legal issues and run-ins with police, including an arrest for driving under the influence in Florida in January, 2014 - the same month he was accused of vandalising his former neighbour's Calabasas, California home.
He subsequently vowed to become a better person and launched a successful chart comeback in the autumn (15), and now his manager Scooter has opened up about the 21 year old's troubled times in a new interview.
Speaking to the New York Times, Scooter reveals he was once so concerned about his pop protege's unruly behaviour, he put a stop to Justin's plans to hit the road to promote his compilation album Journals.
"I was not going to let him work," Scooter explains. "He wanted to tour, and I honestly at that time felt, if he toured, he could die."
He goes on to insists fans who witnessed Justin's public fall from grace only know half of the story.
"The outsiders don't really know what was happening," he continues. "It was far worse than people realise. And when he is ready, he will tell what he was going through.
"But it's a hard thing to watch someone you care and genuinely love go through that. I'm really, really happy that's over."
Scooter credits Justin with recognising his faults and setting out to right his wrongs, which resulted in his pop comeback with the hugely popular album Purpose.
"I know people have seen the marketing and the A&R and everything we put together, and they're like, 'Wow, great job!'" he adds. "But I want to be really clear: I was trying to do that job for a year and a half, and I failed every single day.
"It wasn't until something happened that it clicked for him. He made the conscious decision as a young man: 'I need to make a change in my own life.'"
