As PAN Nigeria
Limited unveils the sophistication of its smarten up Peugeot 508, which
now boasts of outstanding qualities, the organisation has signed
agreement with a foremost movie producer and
Chief Executive of Golden Effects Services Limited, Kunle Afolayan as an ambassador for the brand.
Speaking at the occasion, the Managing Director and Chief Executive of PAN Nigeria Limited, Alhaji Ibrahim Boyi said guaranteed automatic LED lightening system for better night vision, auto brake system, and touch screen control panel, make the model a full multimedia car.

Assembled in
Nigeria by PAN at its Kaduna Plant, the organisation during the
unveiling of the model in Abuja said the vehicle boasts key value
propositions and meets the Euro 5 emission standard.
According to the
organisation, the new 1.6-litre turbo-petrol engine Peugeot in
addition to the outstanding qualities comes with enhanced fuel economy.
Speaking at the occasion, the Managing Director and Chief Executive of PAN Nigeria Limited, Alhaji Ibrahim Boyi said guaranteed automatic LED lightening system for better night vision, auto brake system, and touch screen control panel, make the model a full multimedia car.
He said: "I
travelled to and fro Kaduna to Abuja two times on a full tank of petrol
with this car. And as you are sitting at the back, you can shut down
your AC and the other people will not be complaining, this is the beauty
of this car, it has facilities for tea, coffee and all your drinks, it
has so many options and the car is very roomy for executives. When you
sit at the back you have so much room."
Afolayan told the media that the new 508 Sedan is a machine that deserves the attention of all upwardly mobile Chief Executives and indeed every car lover.

Afolayan, who by
the agreement is to promote the Peugeot brand, said: "Sincerely this is
as the Germans will call it, a machine. It is well balanced, the sun is
scorching and still you could feel the cool breeze in the car. All the
buttons and all the electronics make the car lovely that an average car
lover should have, not only because of the look, but because of the
safety capacity that it has."
Afolayan said: "I
am a Nigerian advocate and most of what I have done are fully Nigerian,
and for us we like to sell what is ours to the international world. We
believe in premium, we believe in class and we still give it at
affordable price"
Speaking about the
agreement, he said: "The deal is for a year; after this year maybe they
will renew and maybe the relationship will continue I believe in
sustainability."
The car is expected to feature in a prominent debuting movie called 'The CEO.
The Head, Marketing
PAN Nigeria, Shepuya Icha expressed optimism that the new Peugeot 508
would be an instant success in the Nigeria market.

She said that apart
from enhanced performance, the car parades distinguishable features
from the old one, stressing that the front grill just below the bonnet
is a distinctive Peugeot logo, while the bonnet is a little wider than
the old one.
The launch of the
new Peugeot 508 Sedan was witnessed by many stakeholders in the
automotive industry, including the Director General of the National
Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC) Aminu Jalal, the
representative of the Comptroller General of Nigerian Customs Services,
Tajudeen Olarewaju among other dignitaries.
